• Design Principles: Strategic marking of the model, including holding and support lines, rotation axes, and rests.
• Duplication: Preparation and duplicating with high-quality silicone to create the investment model.
• Wax-up & Spruing: Precision modeling of the framework and professional spruing for the casting process.
• Casting & Finishing: Casting the alloy, followed by sandblasting, fitting, and polishing.
